Data backup is available when repairing your machines.

Generally the Backup will be added to your machines Hard Drive, however DVD versions are available.

(If you wish for your backup to be stored seperately, this can be done for up to 1 year only.)

 

Restoration of data cannot be guaranteed, however over 95% of previous restorations have resulted in minimal loss of data.

If your data is not able to be restored, there will be no charge.
